VUBA's Projects
How do we install it?
STEP 1
We prepare the surface with precision, ensuring only the cleanest sub-surface before laying down the material. After checking every inch of the surface's condition, we apply a 2-part epoxy based primer, certified and provided directly by the supplier from the UK - ensuring sticky conditions on the concrete for better adhesion of the material.
Step 2
After priming, we then add a supplier-grade Reinforcement Mesh (also provided directly by the supplier in the UK) as a standard step, that boosts the system’s strength by over 70%. This makes it ready for heavy foot traffic and even vehicle loads with no cracks guaranteed.
Step 3
We then blend both components of VUBA’s patented resin system, activating the chemistry that binds seamlessly with the selected aggregate mix to create the stunning flooring finish your project will receive.
Step 4
After combining the resin with the selected aggregate, we pour the mixture onto the fully prepared surface and spread it around the desired area. This ensures excellent coverage and exact consistency.
Step 5
More spreading. Fine spreading this time. With intense focus, we ensure a uniform and seamless layer throughout.
After installation, the material is left to cure for 24 hours, allowing the resin to harden and lock every stone into place. The result is a flawless, joint-free surface with the strength and beauty this system is known for.
