We are a Design & Build firm based in Qatar (our office is located near Ramada signal). However, we accept and have done design projects worldwide, as our entire process can be handled remotely.
Our highest priority is client satisfaction. We make sure that all of our clients have the best possible experience when working with us. One of our many goals is to give the client exactly what they imagined with our professional guidance.
This is why, after receiving your down payment, we offer 2 revisions to your design. Any number of changes can be made until the design is exactly what you have envisioned.
Our design package prices start from 25,000 Qatari Riyals. As for construction, pricing widely varies from project to project - as it greatly depends on the scope, the scale of the project, existing condition, and many more factors. Important question. The first revision of your 3D design package will take 3 weeks until submission. After that, each revision only requires 1 week of work to submit. Once you confirm your 3D design, the Technical Shop Drawing package requires 2 weeks of preperation.
This is a great point. Don't worry, as we will discuss a general range for the total price of your project upon our consultation - before requiring any payments from your end.
Rest assured. If you decide not to go with our in-house construction team after purchasing your very own SKAPE design: You have a 1-of-1 design package with all the necessary construction drawings and BOQ's that can be followed by any contractor in order to bring our design to life.
The answer is a big fat No. Every project we create is crafted from scratch by our professional design team - with your specific wishes, lifestyle, and requirements at the heart of it. We use a unique design program and process that allows us to shape each space with precision and creativity, ensuring no two designs are ever alike. What you receive is fully custom, carefully thought through, and tailored to you - not something generated by a machine.
