Purchasing a custom SKAPE design package
You hire us to create a 1-of-1 SKAPE design for the exterior space of your home.
We offer the following packages:
- Design (less than 500 SQM): 25,000 QR
- Design (500 - 1000 SQM): 30,000 QR
- Design (over 1000 SQM): 35,000QR
These packages include:
- A fully rendered 3D fly-through video of our proposed design (daytime & nighttime),
- 20+ rendered 3D images throughout our proposed design,
- 2 revisions to your design,
- A set of Shop Drawings* to execute our proposed design,
- A broken-down quotation showing the cost for SKAPE to build our proposed design.
Now let's turn your proposal into a reality
We recommend that all of our clients have SKAPE's in-house team build our own designs, as this allows us to oversee every step of the construction process - ensuring our clients satisfaction. We offer competitive construction pricing for luxury results. If you think our pricing is too high, we add an extra layer of protection for our clients. The full technical shop drawing set that is included in your design package will have BOQ’s & all details that other contractors can use to produce their own execution quotations that you can compare to ours.
Another great thing about the SKAPE design package you is that the money you spend on it also serves as a down-payment for the construction process. This means the amount you have already paid for the design package is deducted from the total cost of construction.
In other words, if you have SKAPE build the design, the design becomes free!

Process of Workflow & Explanation of Order
When designing, we work in steps. The first step is to make an advance payment towards your design package and receive the conceptual design proposal in 3D. Then, we will collect all of your comments and prepare a revision to your design according to your requests. This process happens twice. When the conceptual design is finalized and approved, the pending payment must be made in order to enjoy the rest of your package. Once received, we will begin preparing the Shop Drawing package* and the Construction Quotation.
*This package includes:
- Plans & Sections,
- Drawings of all concerned disciplines (CVL, ARC, ELE, MEC, STR, LSC, etc.),
- Construction Details (structural, utilities, and finishing),
- A BOQ of all the required materials,
- Notes and Recommendations.
Design Package
A fully rendered 3D fly-through video - showing daytime and nighttime.
This is a fly-through video of the entire design proposal. The camera will slowly be gliding around every point of the design - showing the details of the materials and the effects of design elements such as lighting and planting.
20+ rendered images.
We can provide you with up to 100 images of moments in our design proposal, upon request. These are fully rendered images that will feel like real photographs of the space, as if it was built. These photographs will also show the space in both daytime and nighttime.
Up to 2 revisions.
Upon receiving your proposal - we want to hear your thoughts! If there is a certain material that does not appeal to you, or a certain plant you would like to change, or even if certain elements in the design do not resonate with you - let us know! We include 2 free revisions in your package.
Additional revisions will come at an additional cost.
Technical Construction Drawing Package
A full package of technical construction drawings, ready to be handed over to any contractor for building purposes. This includes plans, sections, details, notes & recommendations, and everything else!
A broken-down quotation.
You will receive a quotation for how much all the works in the design proposal will cost you to have SKAPE build it. This quotation will be broken down, showing how much each feature will independently cost.
