Using our expertise, we guide you through the best way to unlock the full potential of your space.

Once we collect all essential details and you secure your design package with a 70% advance payment, our creative team begins crafting a fully customized 3D design proposal for your home’s exterior. This is where your vision takes shape—our designers plan the space, select materials, and balance aesthetics with function. Most proposals are completed within 3 weeks.

When your SKAPE design is ready, you’ll receive a full proposal that includes a 3D fly-through video and key daytime and nighttime visuals. We then gather your feedback, as your package includes two free revisions. After collecting all your comments, we prepare each revised proposal within 1 week, repeating the process once more to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your expectations.

When you're totally satisfied with your conceptual design proposal, we begin on the creation of your full Technical Construction Drawing Package*. This will be a set of Shop Drawings and Technical Detail Drawings that any contractor in the world can follow in order to bring our proposed design to life. You can also send these drawings to them for them to give you their execution price (in order to compare it to ours).

*This package includes: 

• Plans & Sections,
• Drawings of all concerned disciplines (CVL, ARC, ELE, MEC, STR, LSC, etc.),
• Construction Details (structural, utilities, and finishing),
• Notes and Recommendations.

 At this stage, our Estimation Engineers take your vision and translate it into a precise, fully detailed quotation to have our in-house Construction team bring your design to life. Every element of your design is carefully measured, quantified, and listed - ensuring complete accuracy and nothing left to chance.

You’ll receive a fully itemized quotation that highlights the cost of each component - from structural works and finishing materials to planting, lighting, and the custom features that make your project unique.

This breakdown gives you full transparency, showing exactly how each part contributes to the overall investment. And most importantly, the total will align with the range we discussed together during your initial consultation in STEP 1. This step is about confidence - so you can move forward knowing your dream is carefully planned, costed, and ready to come to life.

Once you’ve approved the design and the cost of your private oasis, we move seamlessly into preparing for construction. Our team will issue a clear and straightforward Construction Contract outlining payment terms and a predicted timeline - simply to give you a realistic sense of how long your transformation will take. This document is kept concise and transparent, ensuring you feel fully informed before we begin.

Our streamlined system, in-house coordination, and meticulous attention to detail ensure the smoothest, easiest, and most confidence-inspiring transition into the build phase. In this step, our team activates all elements of maintenance, ensuring your landscape continues to look exactly as it did on handover - if not better - even 10 years later. We cover every branch with precision: softscape maintenance to keep plants thriving, hardscape upkeep to preserve finishes and surfaces, and water feature or pool maintenance to ensure flawless, worry-free performance. Our maintenance crew is truly top-tier, trained to protect every detail of your investment.
