Using our expertise, we guide you through the best way to unlock the full potential of your space.

Once we have collected all the information from you, and you've purchased one of our design packages (with a 70% advance payment), we begin doing what we do best. This includes generating a custom 3D design proposal for the exterior space of your home.

The duration of this process can vary depending on the size, scope, and vision of your project - but will generally take about 3 to 4 weeks.

Your custom SKAPE design is ready! We submit a formal design proposal to you, including a 3D fly-through video, as well as images of key moments in our proposed design (daytime & nighttime). Together, we will visualize all the unique features that our experts implemented into your custom design.

At this point, we want to hear your feedback. Do not hesitate with your comments - as you have 2 free revisions included in your design package! 

(Please note that in order to continue with your revision, the pending 30% payment must be made.)

This step is very important! We will consider every comment you've made once you've reviewed our initial design proposal and use it to alter the design as per your request (if needed).

We want to make sure our clients are totally happy with their proposals. So, hence why we include 2 free revisions in our design packages.

 In this step, our Estimation Engineers carefully quantify all materials and plants needed to bring your project to life. You’ll receive a detailed quotation that breaks down the cost of every design element - from structural works and materials to planting, lighting, and any custom features - so you can clearly see what it takes to bring your vision to life. 

You can expect the total price to be in the range that was previously discussed during our design consultation.

Once you have confirmed the design of your private paradise, our team will generate a construction contract. This document highlights the payment terms for the construction of your project and will give you an idea of how long your project will take to build.
